Opening Hours

The Grand Canyon Skywalk is open 365 days a year, including all holidays! We are located at Grand Canyon West, owned by the Hualapai Tribe, and we are not part of the federal National Park Service.

We remain open in all weather EXCEPT in cases of nearby lightning storms. You can check the weather at the Skywalk here. Roads to the Skywalk are typically passable in rain and snow. In rare cases of dangerously inclement weather, the county sheriff’s department might close the road.

Our peak hours are between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekdays and holidays. In order to avoid lines, we suggest visitors arrive either before 11:00 AM or after 3:00 PM, especially during summer months.

OPERATING HOURS

The Skywalk is on Mountain Standard Time year round and – like most of Arizona – does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

October – March: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
April – September: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Last ticket is sold 90 minutes before closing time.
